A: Warren Kitchen & Cutlery's website address is www.warrenkitchentools.com Not to be confused with our sister business around the corner: Warren Cutlery . (see below for more info) >>>> On-line vs. In-Store Product Availability Q:: I saw an item on the website, so why don't you have it in the store? Q: So what IS available on your on-line site? Q: What is in the store that ISN'T on-line? A: Our "shop on-line site" ( www.cooking.com/WarrenKitchenTools ) carries many of the 10,000 things we have in the store in addition to items not available to us as a small independent store (How could we fit 45,000 more items?). So, check it out-- There is so much more out there for your kitchen than we could ever stock in our store: from small hooks and magnets to large appliances! A: Our on-line site does not have the great selection of knives we carry. The good news is, we're working on a new website design and e-commerce section to make available all our knives on-line! Just added- our knife sharpening rates! >>>> Gift Certificates Q: Can I use a WKC Gift Certificate on-line? A: No. Gift Certificates purchased in the store may be redeemed for items purchased in the store only. Store-issued gift certificates cannot be used for on-line purchases. Q: Can I use a Gift Card that I purchased on-line, in the store? A: No. Gift cards purchased on-line may be redeemed only on-line. Q: Can I buy a Gift Certificate (to use in the store) on-line. A: No. Not yet. >>>> Sale Items Q: If the store has an item "on sale", why isn't the same item "on sale" on-line? A: When WKC runs a sale or special promotion, it is for in-store items only. Special orders and web site purchases are not included in the sale or promotion. >>>> New Website Design & Content in Development Q: When are you going to redesign your website? A: We're working on it! Stay tuned for a new look and feel. You will be able to purchase specialty knives and other items not available on our Cooking.com site. You will be able to purchase in-store gift certificates and schedule and pay for cooking classes. >>>> Wedding & Gift Registry Q: There's a link on your home page to a Wedding and Gift Registry Program. Is it the same program that's on the cooking.com site? A: No. Warren Kitchen & Cutlery has a personalized in-store registry program. A WKC staff member sets up an on-line account for your gift selections made in the store. Then, all the items can be viewed and purchased on-line. A: Our Cooking.com site offers a wedding registry but it is related to our store only by virtue of our affiliation with its retail website. You may use one or both programs but they are not connected and might confuse users if you use both. We recommend picking one program and sticking to it! >>>> Cooking Classes Q: Can I register on-line and pay for classes? A: No. Not yet. They are our partners but there are now two different businesses.
