As many of you know, Jessica Bard was the food
stylist for Fine Cooking magazine for a several
years. This pumpkin pie recipe by Carolyn Weil was
not only one of her favorites shots to style but a
favorite to do for our cooking demonstrations and
classes (and to eat, of course!)
This is a very well-written recipe so we're giving you

The detailed instructions have you make a
sumptuous, all-butter crust in your stand mixer --and
you roll it out right away!
