Canning & Pickling 101,
CIA Chef, Rob Mullooly will teach the
techniques of preservation by the
water canning method.  Learn how to
make a
Smoked Tomato Jelly,
Spiced Apple-Onion Chutney and
Spicy Pickled Saffron Cauliflower.
Most  vegetables that can be easily
jarred in a short amount of time!  
Learn the importance of pH balance,
and proper temperatures and
cooking times when canning produce.
